The proposed contract action is 100% set aside for Small Business, for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. To procure contractor services to package, crate, and prepare historical artifacts for shipping in support of The Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC).
