This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote (RFQ) number is N0018924Q0199. The requirement is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price contract as a 100% small business set-aside, under the authority of FAR part 13 and FAR subpart 19.5. The NAICS code is 488310 and the Small Business Standard is 47 (Millions of Dollars). The proposed contract action is to provide marine services for operations of the Port Security Barrier-Vessels (PSB-V) at Kittery, Maine, in support of Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA), Regional Security Program, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
