This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote (RFQ) number is N0018924Q0144. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is 15 (Million). The proposed contract action is to provide COMMANDER NAVY REGION NAVAL DISTRICT WASHINGTON (CNRNDW) CHAPLAINS RELIGIOUS ENRICHMENT DEVELOPMENT OPERATION (CREDO), 200 Arbinger Institute Outward Performance Participant kits and 10 Arbinger Institute seats in OP Train the Trainer program in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). A detailed description of the requirement is provided in the attached SOW. The proposed contract action is for commercial items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The required delivery date is 20 February 2024. Delivery is FOB Destination. Delivery location is: CREDO Naval District Washington 220 Brookley AVE SW Washington DC 20032 Method of Payment: Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
