This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. Naval Supply Center (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk’s intent with this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources for a contract vehicle that will provide support for US Navy Ceremonial Guard, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington DC. The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, (except government furnished material) tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform uniform alteration, performance costumes, seamstress and sewing services as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This announcement constitutes a sources sought for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and a contract will not be awarded from this announcement. This announcement is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.

The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, (except government furnished material) tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform uniform alteration, performance costumes, seamstress and sewing services to the US Navy Ceremonial Guard. These services are to be performed at Building 47 (US Navy Ceremonial Guard), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington DC, or vendor’s place of business. The vendor shall be responsible for all uniform tailoring and repair required by the Government for US Navy Ceremonial Guard. Tasks shall include alterations, fitting, maintenance and repairs, embroidery for all official uniforms and performance costumes in accordance with US Navy uniform regulations.
