This posting has been updated to reflect the new anticipated date of the solicitation being posted is 14 March 2024. The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement type contract under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite- Delivery Contracts; and FAR Part 19.14. This service contract is for Tactical Electronic Warfare Training Support Services in support of Navy Expeditionary Intelligence Command (NEIC). The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site SAM.gov. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 15 February 2024. A complete RFQ package will be available by downloading the documents at the SAM.gov Website as follows: www.sam.gov on or around 15 February 2024. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
