This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for informational and planning purposes. Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk’s (FLCN) intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources for a contract vehicle that will provide Surface Warfare Schools Command (SWSC) with utilization of self-assessment and self-awareness instruments to include certification workshops, advanced certification workshops, assessments, and reports in support of the development of leaders. The workshops will include certification of staff to interpret personalities, development, motives, values, and preferences. Assessments will evaluate personality, behavior, and strengths and weaknesses. Reports will evaluate assessments and provide a summary of the results. The tasks are defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This announcement constitutes a sources sought for written information only.
