This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N0018924Q0066. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-94. (effective 19 Jan 2017). and DFARS Publication Notice 20161222 (effective 22 Dec 2016). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 532289 and the Small Business Standard is $12.5 Million. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This requirement is set aside for Small Businesses only. Only Small Businesses are eligible for this requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing return to homeport services in support of the USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN-78) from 17 January 2024 through 20 January 2024. Vendors shall provide delivery, set-up, and take down of various supplies and services requested to support the ship's return to homeport. Please see the attachment titled “Supply List” for the required items and services. The Delivery date is 17 January 2024. Delivery Location is Pier 11, Naval Station Norfolk. This announcement will close at 1000 EST on Wednesday, 03 January 2024. System for Award Management (SAM). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms. Quotes will not be accepted by facsimile.
