This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this is N0018924Q0022 and will be issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. The Government intends to solicit this requirement as a sole source and the justification and approval is attached to this solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 811210 with a small business size standard of $34.0M. The Line Items are detailed on pages 3 – 8 of the attached solicitation. This requirement is for Telephone Maintenance Services in support of Naval Station Great Lakes. Required Period and Place of Performance are detailed on pages 9 – 10 in the attached solicitation. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached solicitation. The vendor's proposed price will be evaluated on the basis of price reasonableness in accordance with FAR 13.106.
