The Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest to provide the following required services and supplies. The Contractor will acquire several hundred to one thousand subscriptions on behalf of the United States Naval Academy (USNA). The contractor shall also provide the Nimitz Library with key scholarly materials in the humanities, sciences, engineering, and professions. The is a subscription service that includes library management reports, licensing support, an online portal, and all other relevant services provided in this field to academic libraries that must be compatible with the Library’s Ex LIBRIS System. These resources must provide the uniquely curated intellectual property necessary for the Academy’s specific educational and research needs for IOP Science. The content provider must be able to be signatory on bi-lateral license and terms & conditions agreements. Further details are defined in the Statement of Work attached. The proposed procurement is a single award, Firm-fixedPrice contract.
