In accordance with FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite Delivery Contracts, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Mechanicsburg Office intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite- Quantity contract to Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. for the procurement to purchase thirty (30), 5 Choices Outlook Electronic Kits, sixty (60) – 7 Habits Signature 4.0 Electronic Kits, sixty (60)- Working at the Speed of Trust Electronic Participant Kits, and sixty (60) – Leading at the Speed of Trust Electronic Participant Kits. These digital kits from Franklin Covey are to be used in conjunction with free virtual course instructions performed by the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) for the NAVSUP Enterprise workforce. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to jessica.a.thompson58.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent supply exists which would meet the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
