The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is requesting information to identify possible sources to provide United States Fleet Forces Command (USSFC) in Norfolk, VA with contractor support for Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) support services. Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information. This effort is to provide augmented support to USFFC as EA for FP duties and support to Navy Component Commanders (NCC’s) within the Antiterrorism Program and protection Mission, Functions, and Tasks outlined in OPNAVINST 5440.77(series). If not approved, inability exists to effectively execute FP duties and support NCC’s within the Antiterrorism Missions, Functions, and Tasks detailed in OPNAVINST 5440.77(series) and 3300.53 (series).
