The NAVSUP FLCN intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for supplies related to WLD 1720 Impellar Shaft Crate with Lagging to Wartsila Defense Inc. 3617 Koppens Way, Chesapeake, VA 23323. A sole source justification has been prepared and approved by the Small Business Professional; however the justification is not required to be posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
