This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit directly to Leidos, Inc. to provide administrative and technical support for the management of the Repairables Distribution office on behalf of NAVSUP WSS. The Government intends to solicit this using the procedures of FAR Part 15. This requirement will be solicited as a single award, FFP contract. NAVSUP WSS requires a contractor-managed team to provide administrative and technical support for the management of the Repairables Distribution office of NAVSUP WSS (Code N9833) including, operational oversight, SIT Reduction and improving the state of Depot Level Repairable (DLR) Item Suspensions. The contractor Redistribution Order (RDO) Screening personnel will be required to monitor and process incoming RDO items at First Coast Cargo locations in Chula Vista California, Norfolk Virginia and Jacksonville Florida. It is anticipated that the contract will contain a one-year base period and a 6-month option period. The estimated contract start date is 01 April 2023. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 493190, Technical Representation Services: Containers, Packaging, and Packing Supplies. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $30.0 million in annual receipts. The FSC Code is L081. Upon its release, the solicitation will be issued electronically and be available for downloading at the System for Award Management website: https://sam.gov/content/home. The closing date for the receipt of offers will be set forth in the RFP. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of the solicitation will not be provided. This is a Sources Sought Notice from NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Philadelphia Office seeking information on potential firms qualified to provide Redistribution Screening support services on behalf of NAVSUP Weapon System Support (WSS).
