The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is issuing this RFI as a means of conducting market research to identify current 8(a) program participants having an interest in, and the resources to, support the USNA's requirement as described below. This RFI is open to 8(a) program participants only, as the policies and procedures of FAR Subpart 19.8 - Contracting with the 8(a) Program, shall apply to this requirement. The Contractor shall be capable of providing search and recruiting services for Senior Cyber Fellow candidates. The estimated level of effort is for part-time employees. The contractor shall provide payroll, billing, travel support, required federal tax withholdings, workman’s compensation insurance, and liability coverage for Cyber Fellows. Specific submission details and requirements are outlined in the Request for Information (RFI) attached to this announcement as Attachment I. Specific tasks are outlined in the draft Senior Cyber Fellows PWS attached to this announcement as Attachment II.
