THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source purchase order in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.501(a) – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items . Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order for maintenance support to telecommunications voice and data circuits beyond the established demarcation sites utilizing existing facilities to Bellsouth Telecommunications, LLC 4513 Western Avenue Lisle, Illinois 60537 All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated period of performance will be for a one-year base period and four option periods. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
