Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk’s (FLCN) intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources for a contract vehicle that will provide Academic Instructor and Tutor services in support of Naval Service Training Command’s establishment of a Future Sailor Preparatory Program at Recruit Training Command (RTC).
