The purpose of this requirement is to provide information technology support services to OPTEVFOR in the areas of System Administration, Network Engineering/Administration, Customer Service, Cyber Sec... The purpose of this requirement is to provide information technology support services to OPTEVFOR in the areas of System Administration, Network Engineering/Administration, Customer Service, Cyber Security, and Configuration Management. This support will be required in one or more of the following forms: Information Technology (IT) software, hardware, system support, and administration. Additionally, the services shall provide client and help desk support for the unclassified RDT&E network and the collateral classified secret excepted network, as well as provide configuration management, client and help desk support for the unclassified RDT&E network and the collateral classified secret excepted network.
