The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for NEOD Training Support Services for Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NEOD). This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 611519. The size standard is $21 million. NEOD requires an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task order for NEOD Training Support Services. The contractor shall provide NEOD with advanced specialized EOD courses of instruction specifically designed to train EOD Technicians assigned to Naval Special Warfare Forces (NAVSOF) and Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) Troops and Companies supporting Counter Terrorism and Near Peer operations deployed throughout all regions of the world.
