This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of Qty (5) MESG2 26K SHORING KIT as per the attached dimensions. Shipping Address: MESG-2, 2465 Guadalcanal Rd, Bldg 1265 JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459. Delivery is required no later than 45 days from date of award. Offerors who quote delivery dates outside of 60 days will not be accepted. DEVIATIONS FROM THESE SPECIFIC SPECIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Proposals shall provide a quote on letterhead to be considered. Award will be based on Technical Acceptability, Delivery and Price. Technical Acceptability and Delivery will outweigh price when combined. Past Performance will be utilized to determine responsibility. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to utilize any method available to determine Past Performance responsibility. Award will be made to the Offeror determined to be responsible and with the lowest price proposed. This announcement will close at 1200PM EST on WEDNESDAY, 09 NOVEMBER 2022.
