This service contract is in support of several mission partners; Commander Naval Installations Command (CNIC), Military Sealift Command (MSC), Commander, Submarine Force (CSF), U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT), Commander, Submarine Force Atlantic , and Afloat Training Group Pacific for ongoing Call Out Tug requirements. All other regions are solicited and will be awarded under full and open competition The resulting contracts are expected to be for a five-year Ordering Period: 04/01/2023 – 03/31/2028 and one six-month period in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to continue performance through 09/30/2028.
