NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE NAVSUP Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire twenty-four (24) Upgraded Time and Frequency Reference Measurement Systems (TFRMS). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501 (a), a Sole Source Acquisition. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. Award of a firm fixed contract is anticipated. All required deliverables shall be furnished within 240 days after date of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 334519 and 600 employees respectively. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
