This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both SAM and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Solicitation number, N0018923QZ278. The proposed contract action is for commercial services, in accordance with the Requirements Statement. The NAICS code is 541990 and the Small Business Standard is $19.5M. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Philadelphia Office intends to solicit Black Dog GPS, LLC (BDG) on a sole source basis. The proposed acquisition is for contractor services to Support Production Improvements and Automation of GPS-Based PNT/Meteorological Estimates Computed by GPS Analysis Division N3-EO3. Services are to be provided primarily from the Contractor’s own facility. The sole source vendor is Black Dog GPS, LLC., (CAGE: 6RK42 ), 3033 Elisa CT, New Albany, Indiana 47150-9392. The requirement is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority for FAR Part 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future similar requirements, however, this notice is not intended to be a request for competitive quotations from any source. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.
