This is a non-personnel services contract to provide paper shredding and media destruction services to designated Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Headquarters (BUMED HQ) detachments. Support Services shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to BUMED HQ, Support Services. The contracting service shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision in compliance with GSA recommendations to provide paper shredding and the destruction of media materials (disk and hard drives) for NAS - JAX, Bldg. H2005 Knight Ln., Jacksonville, FL 32214; Bldg. 554 Kelly St., Jacksonville, Florida 32212. The designated BUMED HQ detachments have requested and have shown a need for paper shredding and media destruction services to fulfill the mission related to their performance.
