NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) Philadelphia Office is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the capability to provide annual licenses and subscriptions for single point access to web-based specifications, standards, directives, manuals and logistics information necessary for the NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (WSS) command. Please see the attached sources sought synopsis word document for more information and a full breakdown of the required licenses and databases. Responses are requested no later than 12 April 2023 at 4:30 pm EST. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to John Charambura at john.n.charambura.civ@us.navy.mil
