This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both Contract Opportunities (https://sam.gov/) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Solicitation number is N0018923QZ039. The proposed contract action is for commercial SERVICES. The NAICS code is 711320 and the Small Business Standard is $19.5 Million. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-08 and DFARS Change 20221028. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. (CAGE: 4J883) on a sole source basis. The proposed acquisition is for Advertising and Outreach Services for Navy Recruiting Command. This action is anticipated to result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The proposed contract action is for SERVICES for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only, Career Communications Group, Inc. (CAGE: 4J883) IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). As the sole host of the conference, Career Communications Group, Inc. is the only viable source for the required services. Interested persons may submit a capability statement by the specified response date. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes from any source other than Career Communications Group, Inc. (CAGE: 4J883). However, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
