The contractor shall provide the Department of the Navy’s HR community leadership with DON agency-wide, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable and non-assignable licenses to use, reproduce, and distribute the Gartner Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) materials solely for internal business purposes and there are no additional charges associated with the completion of any research or access to services.
