The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 811310. The size standard is 12.5 million. Quotes must be submitted via email to kelly.polson@navy.mil by 07 SEP 2023 at 11:00 a.m. EST and must include the mandatory documents FAR 52.209-11, 52.203-18 and 52.204.26 to be considered for award. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. The NECO website has a submit bid button next to the solicitation number.
