The total quantity of administration services should be 35 to reflect the number of checks that will be distributed. To allow vendors the opportunity to change their bids to reflect the corrected amount, the closing date for solicitation N0018923QG111 has been extended to September 8th, 2023, at 11:00am EST. NECO Posting Verbiage (Description This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both SAM and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N0018923QG111 It is the responsibility of the vendor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Navy Submarine Medical Research Lab (NSMRL) stationed at Naval Submarine Base NLON, Groton, CT 06349 is in search of an administrative contract to provide volunteer Research Subject payments in support of an approved Research Study being conducted. In that case, the Government reserves the right to consider the past performance of other quotes/offers, conduct a price, past performance tradeoff, and award to other than the lowest price quote/offer.
