The requirement is 100 percent Small Business Set Aside. The Navy Submarine Medical Research Lab (NSMRL) stationed at Naval Submarine Base NLON, Groton, CT 06349 is in search of an administrative contract to provide volunteer Research Subject payments in support of an approved Research Study being conducted.
