The requirement is in support of Center for Support Services (CSS) Newport, RI This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5. The primary places of performance are at the school houses located in Naval Station San Diego, CA and Naval Station Norfolk, VA. Interested vendors are required to provide one licensed cosmetologist instructor per location. This synopsis shall be posted on the System of Award (SAM) website. The RFQ number is N0018923QG063. The NAICS code is 611511. This requirement is being advertised in an unrestricted environment and does not have any set-asides. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. The expected availability date is between the 2nd-3rd week of June. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website (https://www.neco.navy.mil) and at the System of Award (SAM) website (https://www.sam.gov). Note: The draft PWS is not the final version and may still change. This is a sources sought notice ONLY. There is NO solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation in response to this notice will not be answered or be taken for consideration. This notice is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
