The Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Fire Suppression System Preventive Maintenance (PM) Services for four (4) dive boats and one (1) paint stowage locker, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) incorporated within the attached solicitation RFQ N00189-23-Q-G020. This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N00189-23-Q-G020. The NAICS code is 561621 - Security Systems Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $22M. This requirement is being advertised as a total Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA). Lack of an active registration in the System Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov will make a vendor ineligible for award. Solicitation packages shall be sent electronically to the Point of Contacts only. Solicitation is required to be completed and signed, along with the quote and must be received no later than Monday, 19Dec22, at 11:00 a.m. EST. Late responses will not be considered.
