Combined Synopsis Solicitation Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2): (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this is stated in the posting and will be issued as an RFQ. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. (iv) The Government intends to award a sole source award to Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. The associated NAICS code is 54110 with a small business size standard of $15.5 million. (v) Line items are detailed as follows: LINE ITEM: 0001 DESCRIPTION: LITSUP Support Services EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: In accordance with the PWS. QTY: 6 UNIT OF ISSUE: Months (vi) This requirement is for litigation support services for the Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG). (vii) FOB DESTINATION DELIVERY/POP: 30 September 2023 to 30 March 2024 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: See PWS. Primarily contractor site and Washington, DC area. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services and its addendum applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached clauses and provisions. Please include all required documentation as specified in this provision. (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services and its addendum will be used and is included in the attached clauses and provisions. This is a sole source award to Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP and, therefore, price will be the only factor considered. (x) The provision at FAR 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services (DEVIATION 2023-O0002), applies to this acquisition. Unless the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certification electronically, the offeror shall complete paragraph (c) through (v) of this provision in the attached clauses and provisions.
