The Government intends to award a sole sourced, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract to Integritek LLC as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12, FAR and Subpart 13.5. Award will be made on a sole source award basis in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5 after the price is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government intends to evaluate the quotes and award a contract based on initial quotes; therefore, the Offeror’s initial quote should contain the Offeror’s best terms from a price standpoint.
