The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This requirement will be negotiated a sole sourced requirement with INTEGRITEK LLC. The Government intends to procure a base year of 12-months, four (4) 12-month option periods, as well as an option of a six-month extension of services provided under FAR 52.217-8 for the technical support services and training of application referred to as the “CNAF CO Guide” APP. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511– Custom Computer Programming Services, the Product Service Code is DA10, and the size standard is $34 million dollars. The place of performance will be at CNAP Headquarters (HQ) and CNAL HQ locations. This pre-solicitation notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying they are not currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to consider the offer for award. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
