COMBINED SYNOPSIS FOR N0018923Q0259, 60 TON AIR COOLED CHILLER NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed-price contract. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set aside. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12- Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement action is for a 60 TON AIR COOLED CHILLER rental, in support of Naval Facilities Engineering Command. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 333415 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The product service code (PSC) is W041- Lease or Rental of Equipment- Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. A request for quote will be available for download on 01 June 2023 at the following website: https://www.beta.sam.gov. Please Note: ALL QUOTES ARE DUE No Later Than 10:00 AM EST 23 June 2023. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above web sites. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote.
