Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) requires the repair of two boats (11MRK1501 and 11MRK1502) at contractor facility. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Award will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 after the price is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government intends to evaluate the quote and award a contract based on initial quotes; therefore, the Offeror’s initial quote should contain the Offeror’s best terms from a price standpoint.
