NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAVSUP FLCN intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for supplies related to Naval Supply Systems Command FLC Norfolk Commanding Officer for STK Licenses and Renewal Licenses to Ansys Government Initiative (AGI), 220 Valley Creek BLVD Exton, Pennsylvania 19341-2380. A limited source justification has been prepared and approved by Contracting Officer; and is posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
