The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) requirement type contract to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Indoor Skydiving Virginia, LLC, for Vertical Wind Tunnel support services in support of U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Group Two - EODGRU-2. This acquistion will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, FAR Subpart 13.5, FAR Subpart 16.5 and FAR 19.1406, as supplemented with the additional information included in this solicitation.
