This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N0018923Q0090 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-01/ (effective 30 December 2022) and DFARS Change 12/30/2022 (effective 30 December 2022). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at: https://www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336310 with a small business size standard of 1000 Employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm, Fixed Price contract for the brand name only item(s). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes. A determination by the Government to solicit these items as brand name is based on the attached brand name justification. The proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Small Business Office concurs with this determination.
