The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to award a sole source contract for Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 517111. The resulting contract will be procured from Bellsouth Telecommunications, LLC. NCTAMS LANT has a requirement to acquire contractor support in the area of maintenance to telecommunications voice and data circuits for at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola (NASP), NASP Corry Station and NASP Saufley Field. The required period of performance is 25 September 2023 – 24 September 2024 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods, and up to an additional six (6) months of performance with the inclusion of FAR clause 52.217-8. See the attached sole source justification for additional information regarding the sole source determination. The notice of intent is NOT a request for proposal or quotations. All responsible sources may submit a quote, proposal, or bid that shall be considered by the NAVSUP FLCN Contracting Office. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed action based responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
