The Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) Norfolk Operations Center is seeking to procure services from Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT)’s E-Z Pass. OCHR currently has multiple government vehicles that use the E-Z Pass, which is needed to traverse the region due to toll roads. In order for OCHR to perform its mission it is essential that prepaid E-ZPass(s) be available in the government vehicles in order to travel the multiple toll roads in the region. OCHR currently has a total of two (2) E-ZPass transponders for use in the government vehicles. The transponder numbers are 01002227088 and 01002227089. OCHR requests that we be able to continue to use these transponders under the new contract. To prevent unauthorized use, E-ZPass has a list of all OCHR vehicles by weight, class and tag number that are authorized to use the E-ZPass. The use of this service shall be 24/7, Sunday through Sunday to include holidays.
