The proposed acquisition is to provide Lenel Preventative Maintenance, Emergency Nonemergency, and new Lenel work service support for the procurement of hardware and support services required for lifecycle support of the Lenel OnGuard Security System equipment installed in the buildings located at the NSA compound and NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg Office. It is intended to acquire maintenance, repair and support services that are inclusive of the following: security system noninformation technology equipment upgrades; preventative maintenance; firmware upgrades for existing equipment; emergency maintenance services; nonemergency repairs and maintenance; installation of new equipment and software; realignment of existing equipment; training on site administrators and users; and licensing.
