This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-5 (effective September 22, 2023) and DFARS Publication Notice 20230929 (effective 29 Sep 2023). It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
