NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1903 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for services related to Verbal Judo Train-the-Trainer verbal de-escalation to Training for IMPACT, LLC (dba: Verbal Judo Institute), 2254 NW Lakeside PL, Bend, Oregon, 97703. See the attached sole source justification for additional information regarding the sole source determination. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered by the NAVSUP FLCN Contracting Office. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
