The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award on a total Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside basis, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items” in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5 “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items”.
