The purpose of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to develop a repair procedure and all associated technical data for the Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) MK15 / MK7 Lubricator Assembly. A complete, competitive Technical Data Package (TDP) will be the primary deliverable and will consist of all drawings, obsolescence analysis, schematics, Bill of Materials (BOM), test procedures, diagrams and specifications required to return components to Ready for Issue condition. Repair procedures will utilize available, non-proprietary process specifications. The design and repair process will be qualified in accordance with NAVSEA requirements.
