Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Warehouse (DPAS-WH) was named by the Commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) as the required Inventory Management System (IMS) to manage non-COSAL Table of Allowance/Personal Gear Issue (TOA)/(PGI) inventory. In preparation for this implementation all inventories have been maintained on command managed MS Excel spreadsheets to standardize data and ease in the transfer of data to DPAS-WH. Contractor shall provide on-site services to support the implementation of DPAS-WH as the IT solution for management of TOA/PGI across COMNECC/COMNECCPAC Echelon IV and V commands.
