This effort further requires an on-site technician to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the services ordered herein at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center and NSA Mechanicsburg. Voice and data communications services are provided to NSA Philadelphia, NBC Philadelphia, NSA Mechanicsburg, and tenant commands by the NCTAMS LANT.
