This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0018922QZ125 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are provided as an attachment to this synopsis. This requirement is being competed as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training. The small business size standard is $12M. The Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department of NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk intends to solicit and award a Single Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (FFP IDIQ) contract to the responsible vendor whose quote represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors in the solicitation. Task orders issued off of it would be in accordance with the FFP IDIQ pricing. REQUIREMENT: The Department of the Navy Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment, Suicide Prevention and Response Office (DON SAPRO) requires contractor support to provide training shows on sexual assault and sexual harassment prevention. Shows should be 60 to 90 minutes in length, consist of scripted as well as improvisational scenes that are interactive and engage the audience in candid and informed discussions about these serious topics. The shows should focus on prevention to reduce and stop self-directed harm and prohibit abusive or harmful acts. The contractor shall provide a maximum of 135 working days of training shows to Sailors and Marines located at CONUS and OCONUS military installations. See the attached Performance Based Work Statement for the details of this requirement. Services will be inspected and accepted at Destination by the Government. The Ordering Period for this contract will be 3 years from the award date. The anticipated award date is 22 July 2022. This requirement does include options conditional to the availability of funds. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES: Written quotes and any amendments thereto are due on or before 07 July 2022 at 10:00 AM. Quoters submitting written quotes will be invited to participate in individual Microsoft Teams conferences with the contracting office in which the quoter will be required to share their screen and play their Pre-Recorded Performance (Factor I). It is the responsibility of the Quoter to confirm receipt of the pre-recorded performance video submission. All pre-recorded performance videos received after the exact time specified for receipt shall be treated as late submissions and will not be considered.
