NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Philadelphia announces a requirement for J3, DDCIO, Protection Divisions requirement for assistance in the execution of two annual Level IV AT Executive Seminars. The following services are needed to fulfill this procurement classified up to Secret conference facility pre/post-conference coordination and administrative support, professional facilitation and technical consultation services, breakout conference rooms and large conference rooms, audio/video and teleconference capability, and various supplies and equipment. The primary place of performance will be at the Contractors facility and or contractor-provided conference facilities. Contractor facilities shall be in the Washington, DC area and can be contractor-leased if necessary. The government is currently contemplating full and open competition. The contract type will be FFP with a period of performance from 01 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 with four twelve month option periods.
